Toddler Storytime

Join us Wednesday afternoon at 2 for a Toddler Story time celebrating all things porcine. We’ll listen to simple stories, make a piggy craft and have one toe go to market, one stay home, one have roast beef… The program is geared to two and three year olds but attention spans of all lengths are welcome.

Royal Crafters

Calling all treasure seekers! Join us Wednesday at 2 for a pirate filled session that will set us on course to create our own treasure map. This program is for elementary school students. Younger siblings are welcome to hang out at the concurrent story time.

Pre-School Story time

Monday at 10 join us for story time, just like all year long. This week’s topic of consideration will be rodents and all their cute and creepy ways.

Summer Reading Club

It’s not too late to join the Summer Reading Club. Stop by the Library any time and we’ll set you up with this program that rewards all the reading we know you kids are doing anyway.

Adult Computer Classes

Our next five part series of computer classes for adults will commence Thursday July 27th and continue on Thursdays at 10:30. Each of the five classes covers a topic ranging from the internet to email to word processing. No prior experience is assumed. Registration is required as class size is limited. Call the Library at 861-7239.

Powerpoint Class

Want to learn this presentation software? The Library will hold a class for those new to this Microsoft product Tuesday, the 18th at 2 p.m. Registration is required. Call 861-7239.

Map Making

Join us Tuesday Morning at 10:30 for adventures in cartography as begin to draw our not-quite-lifesize map of the world.

Library Joke

When does a prince get very wet? Email answers to winesj@mail.uhls.lib.ny.us. Something cool to the winner…The answer to last week’s joke: What's a pirate's favorite kind of socks? Arrrgyle!
